Portrait of a Craftsman

£2,500.00Price

TARO004

Oil on calico (Wall hanging)

The patches on the sleeve represent several clubs of ‘The Game’. The combination of several crests on one piece of clothing suggest this is being worn as a fashion item rather than as a supporter. The citizen may be a craftsman of some kind as he is pictured with two objects, the uses of which are unknown. (Both can be found in the artefacts section of the Archive). Portrait by an unknown artist who was on board the Sub Rosa. He produced many such portraits, discovered only after his death.
