(Moonboy and Fishwife) Necklace
Polymer and suede
In Tarogramma, jewellery is used as a statement of allegiance to a specific group of people. As there are no family units, each inhabitant having entered the land at various ages and often alone, these tribes serve as proxy families. An inhabitant can be a member of several tribes at once, often based on geography, personal interests and physical appearance. This necklace seems to be worn by the members of the flamboyant ‘Moonboy’ and ‘Fishwife’ groups.
